@lantic Internet turns 10 during November.

@lantic, a franchise-driven business and regarded as the largest consumer-focused ISP in the country, started as a family owned business in 1996. The company has grown from these humble beginnings to one of the biggest players in the South African internet market.

@lantic operates with 196 franchises distributed throughout SA - with many being located in small towns and cities - and boasts a strong dealer network of more than 900 resellers.

According to Dederick Venter, marketing manager at @lantic, “we could never have grown to this size without the support of our franchisees and resellers, who went through both the bad and good times with us and contributed tremendously to the companies’ popularity and growth. These business partners all became part of the @lantic family and are just as proud of the @lantic’s achievements as we are, and we are just as proud as they are of their own companies’ achievements in partnership with @lantic.”

To celebrate the birthday, @lantic has a number of prizes up for grabs with subscription to specific @lantic’s 3G/HSDPA, iBurst or ADSL contracts. These prizes include a video projector, notebook and Playstation.
